This document explains how HAVS handles and possibly processes personal data.

With the personnel policy, our purpose is to explain how we handle, collect, protect and use personal information.

We fulfill all requests for confidentiality of personal information, and we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of all personal information that we receive, in accordance with applicable law.

  • creating an appointment, related to our restaurant

  • contact us with questions via e-mail or telephone

  • Booking online via our website

When you use our website, we collect the following personal information:

  • For a possible booking via our website, we collect name and phone number for the processing of the booking.

  • For the processing of the information, we use Wix, which is one of the leading cloud-based platforms

  • We only store your information for as long as is necessary to process your booking.
     

Purchase

When you shop with us, we only process the information that is necessary for a transaction. The information is only stored until the purpose of the information is no longer needed.
 

Job applications

If you apply for a job with us, we store and process your application so that it only reaches the people who must objectively decide on it. Your application will only be kept to the extent necessary.

 

Your rights

You have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you. If you want access to your information, you can contact us at info@husethavs.dk or 27 60 50 98

If it turns out that this information is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to ask us to correct, block or delete this information.

If you wish to have your personal information deleted, we will delete all information that we are not required by law to store. In addition, you may at any time object to the fact that information about you is the subject of further processing.

If the processing of personal data is based on a consent from you, you have the right to withdraw the consent, which means that processing then ceases, unless we are required by law to process the personal data.
